Return Process

  Contact our customer service team via email or the online contact form within 14 days of receiving your order to obtain a return authorization number.

  Prepare the Package

  Securely pack the unused tools in their original retail packaging, including the invoice and a completed return form to ensure quick processing.

  Ship the Items

  Send the package to our warehouse in Poland using a tracked shipping method; please note that the customer is responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective.

  Inspection and Refund
